The interior is nice and cozy. Somewhat dim lighting and tables to hold all size parties. The decor is of a western theme - as is much of their music. I don't mind a variety, by any means, but I draw the line at The Stones ( and hard rock). Not exactly what I was expecting The food is always good. Some places just have too much salt all the time... I am not a fan of the brown bread, but they make up for it in Brussels Sprouts !! They compare to Chef Anthony's at Fat Calf No complaints of customer service ! Always friendly and professional. Parking is fairly easy. Might not be right up front, but there is parking to be found. Then you have that really large parking lot behind it. One of our fave places to go when we want a nice steak !

Food was good, a little seasoning heavy, but cooked great. Service was OK, I'm a firm believer that my drink should not go empty... But it did. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for service in Shreveport though. Bathroom had some sort of water or leak with a fan blowing but no wet floor signs or anything to warm you as you slip and slide.

Sundays are slow. Asked for chicken wings ..none in stock, so requested pork chops, none in stock....settled for Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast. I was very irritated and prepared to give a very negative review until my food arrived. It was literally one of the BEST chicken breast I'd ever tasted. What was lacking in customer service (and it was lacking) earned an extra star ⭐. I will actually return for the chicken but definitely not on a Slow Stock Sunday!

First time in this LonhHorn Steakhouse and good experience. Good food, good service, nice ranch environment. We were in Louisiana but you almost feel in Texas.

Food was subpar, as was the server. But we tipped extra just because the job alone is tough. The drinks were top tier so I'd give it a solid 6 outta 10.
